Stars

Stars are extremely giant balls of hot gas. They are they centers of most solar systems. Without them the universe would almost be completely dark. They are some of the biggest things in the galaxy. There are many types of stars. Some include Red Dwarfs, Yellow Stars, and Blue Giants. A Red Dwarf is a small red star, and some of them have planets. Trappist 1 is a red dwarf and it has 7 planets: Trappist 1 b, Trappist 1 c, Trappist 1 d, Trappist 1 e, Trappist 1 f, Trappist 1 g and Trappist 1 h. Yellow stars are stars like the sun. They are a medium size for stars and are the stars that have the most planets around them. The Sun is a yellow star with eight planets + Pluto orbiting around it. Most yellow stars have a complete solar system or rocky rings around them. An example of a yellow star is Kepler-5. Kepler-5 has a planet orbiting it named kepler-5 b. Kepler-5 is a calm yellow star about the same size as the sun. Finally Blue Giant stars are some of the biggest types of stars, ranging from 2 to 50 times the size of The Sun!
